Social Media Analytics
Social Media Analytics is a type of methodology focused on collecting citizens’ voices
on different social media networks, such as Twitter and Facebook. The method
includes the following steps: 1) information-search strategy, 2) data extraction and
3) data analysis, including qualitative and quantitative results. Each research will
adapt these three steps according to the research goals defined.
